Additional Information
- Payment is expected at time of reservation. All major credit cards are accepted. You will receive a receipt and registration confirmation via email.
- A two-night minimum stay is required for weekends. One-night stays are available Sunday-Thursday.
- Check-in time is between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Cancellations received 30 or more days in advance will receive a full refund, less a $25 handling fee. Cancellations received fewer than 30 days and more than 3 days in advance will receive a 50 percent refund. Cancellations received 3 or fewer days in advance will not receive a refund.
- Children are always welcome.
- No pets please.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside. Guests who do not respect the no- smoking policy will be charged $100 for cleaning and smoke removal.
- Housekeeping services during stay are not provided for one- and two-night stays. Housekeeping can be arranged for longer stays. Guests are not expected to clean the home before they leave.
- Gift certificates are available. Please contact the innkeeper.
- Please make yourself at home, just make sure things stay where they belong. Have fun, but please be respectful of the neighbors.
