Privacy We respect your privacy and will not share any of your personal information with anyone. Communications Chad and Mike, the Owners+Innkeepers, do live on-site but may not always be there. Check-in times, changes, or any communications prior to your arrival or during your stay are very important to us. Please keep the Old Vine Bed & Breakfast number, 636-231-5625, as the first method of communicating with us. You can email, call, or text us. Your Arrival & Departure Check-in is between 2:00pm - 6:00pm. Check-in is quick and easy because we will have taken care of your registration in advance. When you arrive at our home, you will be warmly welcomed, escorted to your room, and receive a tour of any open spaces in the inn. For arrivals after 6:00 pm - Please notify us if you plan on arriving after 6:00 pm so we can make special arrangements. To prepare your room for the next guests, check-out is by 10:00 am. We thank you in advance for your cooperation. Deposits A deposit equal to 50% of your reservation but no less than one (1) night is due at the time the reservation is made. By submitting your reservation you not only agree to accept and abide by the policies of the Old Vine Bed & Breakfast but are also creating a legally binding contract. Guest Room Restrictions: Smoking Old Vine Bed & Breakfast is a smoke-free home and property. Our strict non-smoking policy is enforced for the safety and comfort of all our guests. We (and our insurance company) do not allow smoking, incense, or candle burning in any of our guest rooms. Should a guest break our non-smoking rule, a surcharge will be assessed to the registered guest. This surcharge ranges from a minimum of $300 up to $500 depending on what is necessary to restore the room to its original smoke-free condition. If the room must be taken out of availability in order to deodorize and recondition it, we will also charge, in addition to the aforementioned costs, the standard room rental for that room for every night it is out of service. Please no fresh flower petals on the floor, beds, and/or jetted tub. Flower petals stain fine linens, carpet, and upholstery. The Inn maintains quiet hours from 11 pm - 7 am daily. The Inn is a private facility and is for the exclusive use of our overnight guests. This ensures the quiet, relaxing, and secure nature of the environment for all of the guests. If a guest would like to have a visitor, it must be prearranged with the staff. Guest rooms are intended for the use of guests only and are not to be used as gathering places. Parking There is plenty of free on-street parking in front of Old Vine Bed & Breakfast. Breakfast & Breakfast Guests Our menu is the chef's choice and is prepared seasonally. Please notify us at the time your reservation is made of any special dietary needs. We understand that not everyone eats breakfast, or some guests would prefer to sleep in a little longer. Please let us know at check-in if you would prefer not to partake in part or all of our breakfast traditions. If you choose not to eat breakfast, or have an early departure without breakfast, we are sorry, but there is no discount/refund/credit issued for not eating breakfast. Pets We are sorry, we love pets but we are unable to offer pet accommodations.
