Policies

Payment is expected at time of reservation. All major credit cards are accepted. You will receive a receipt and registration confirmation via email.

A two-night minimum stay is required for weekends. One-night stays are available Sunday-Thursday.

Check-in time is after 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Cancellations received 30 or more days in advance will receive a full refund, less a $25 handling fee. Cancellations received fewer than 30 days and more than 3 days in advance will receive a 50 percent refund. Cancellations received 7 or fewer days in advance will not receive a refund. 

Children are always welcome. Dogs are allowed in Cabernet room only and requires additional fee at time of booking.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside. Guests who do not respect the no-smoking policy will be charged $100 for cleaning and smoke removal.

Housekeeping services during stay are not provided for one- and two-night stays. Housekeeping can be arranged for longer stays. Guests are not expected to clean the home before they leave.
